CRUISE TO ALASKA - You will fly to Vancouver, Canada and then embark on the Norwegian Jade and will cruise to Katchikan home of the world’s must lush wilderness due to its abundant rainfall. In Juneau you will see icefields and Glacier Bay National Park The remote town of Skagway along the Inside Passage is known for those seeking gold from 1896-1897. Icy Strait Point; one of the few places in the world where the wildlife outnumbers the human population. The Hubbard Glacier, the largest tidewater glacier in North America is awesome and towers nearly 400 feet, 250 feet which is underwater, some are three to four stories high. Nearly 6 miles wide and 76 miles long, this enormous glacial mass is an experience not soon to be forgotten. You may see many kinds of wildlife from bald eagles to harbor seals, orcas and humpback whales. You will travel to Whittier which will feel like a world away. You will be greeted in Seward and board a motorcoach and travel to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. Then on to Anchorage and Denali National Park. After Denali National Park you board the Alaska railroad to Fairbanks. You will tour Fairbanks by motorcoach and then take a ride on the Riverboat Discovery for a journey into the heart of Alaska and its Native American heritage
