Join the South Central Health District for a free 6-week cardiovascular health program designed to help you take control of your blood pressure and build lasting healthy habits. This interactive series includes expert-led sessions on self-measured blood pressure (SMBP), nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and more. Enjoy a live cooking demo with Foodology, a fun Zumba class, and a Q&A with a local doctor. You'll receive tracking tools, personalized guidance, and weekly challenges to keep you motivated - plus a special thank-you gift at the end of the program.
