Learn About the Adult Family Living Program Wednesday, July 24th, 1:30-2:30 p.m. Sponsored by: Careforth Join Careforth at Calendar House to learn more about the State of CT Adult Family Living Program (AFL). This program helps frail elderly individuals to remain in private homes instead of moving into assisted living communities or nursing homes. AFL provides financial assistance and support for family members or friends who act as both primary in-home caregivers and hosts of an elderly individual. During this talk, learn more about the guidelines and qualifications for the program. Light refreshments will be served.
