Weekly Exercise class held Tuesdays at 9:00AM in the Fitness Room This class uses weights to improve balance, flexibility and conditioning. Participants should purchase two (2 or 3 lb) hand weights. Space is limited to 19 participants. You must call 860-621-3014 no earlier than 8:30 a.m. or sign up in person the day of EACH class. ** All fitness class participants will need to sign a liability waiver at the front desk**
