Gentle Seated Yoga w/Clementine

Gentle Seated Yoga concentrates on modifying and tailoring each pose to meet the needs of each student. All stretches and poses can be done while seated in a chair. Work the joints and muscles to increase strength & flexibility, allowing for quiet reflection, proper breathing and body alignment. Non-slip shoes or slippers and loose comfortable clothing are recommended. Space is limited to 19 participants and this is a self pay class. Fee is payable to: Clementine Delaney, $8/class.
**All fitness class participants must have a signed liability waiver on file**
