Held Monday - Friday at 11:15 a.m., the Sit and Be Fit Workout for seniors is a combination of medically sound exercises, creatively choreographed to a variety of music by Mary Ann Wilson, RN. These workouts are slow moving, gentle, and include arthritis exercises that are ideal for anyone managing arthritis pain. There is no instructor for this class, DVD only. You do not have to pre-register just sign in at front desk. Class is limited to 20 participants. *Students must have a signed liability waiver on file.*
