The Calendar House Cardio Room features state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment. Cardiovascular equipment includes treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bicycles, and Sci-Fit recumbent stair steppers. Strength training equipment includes chest press, leg press, seated row, and leg extension. There is also a stretching table and free weights available. The Cardio Room is open during our regular hours. Participants must have a signed liability waiver on file. Please bring a change of sneakers (no street shoes allowed) and a closed water bottle (no open containers allowed).
