Cardio Room Session 3

All Weekdays 12:00-1:00pm (until 12/31)
The Calendar House Cardio Room features state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment. Cardiovascular equipment includes treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bicycle and Sci-Fit recumbent stair stepper. Strength training equipment includes chest press, leg press, seated row, and leg extension. Participants must have a signed liability waiver on file. Please bring a change of sneakers (no street shoes allowed) and a closed water bottle (no open containers allowed). During the Covid-19 Pandemic you must call prior to register for a 1-hour time slot. Time slots will be offered at 9 am, 10:30 am, 12 noon, 1:30 and 3:00 pm with a maximum of 6 participants per session.
