An ongoing Weekly Exercise event held in the Fitness Room
on Fridays at 9:00 AM.
Gentle Supported Yoga Concentrates on modifying and tailoring each pose to meet the needs of each student All stretches and poses can be done while seated in a chair. Works the joints and muscles to increase strength & flexibility, allowing for quiet reflection, proper breathing and body alignment. Fee is payable to: Pat Develeskis. Non-slip shoes or slippers and loose comfortable clothing are recommended. Space limited.

** All fitness class participants will need an annual physician's permission slip that must be brought to the first class. You may pick up a slip in our office or have your doctor's signature on their letterhead stating that you may take the class.
