Thanks to everyone who has joined in with the ZOOM exercise class. If you haven’t tried it yet, please join in! LeAnn has designed the class to include cardio, strength and balance. You will need either hand weights (or even a couple of water bottles will do!) and a chair for balance. This virtual class will continue to be held on Tuesdays at 2 pm and Thursdays at 10 am from the comfort of your own home until we receive word that the Calendar House can reopen.
