Monday
An ongoing weekly event on Mondays at 9:30 AM in the Main Hall
Line Dance with Terry
Features a variety of line dance techniques. Come and join us for lots of fun and great exercise. Experienced dancers only please.
An ongoing weekly event on Mondays at 9:00 AM in Room 2
Ping Pong
Play is open to any Calendar House member interested in the sport. We have house paddles if you don't have your own. You'll find its good exercise and good for the hand-eye coordination. You'd be surprised just what a workout it can be.

Non-Strenuous stretching and flexibility exercise. (DVD) - 11:00 - 11:30 - Room 1 - Ongoing

Badminton
Badminton Informal group meets twice weekly (Monday & Wednesday). Individuals at all levels of playing ability are welcome to participate.

Tuesday
An ongoing weekly event on Tuesdays at 2:30 PM in the Main Hall
Strength Training
Strength Training Uses weights to improve balance, flexibility and conditioning. Participants should purchase two (2 or 3 lb) hand weights. Space is limited.

Dancercise with Terry
Dancercise Exercise routine set to music. Students may register for the Wednesday AND/OR Friday sessions.
9:00- 10:45 - Room 1 - Ongoing.

Gentle Supported Yoga
Gentle Supported Yoga Concentrates on modifying and tailoring each pose to meet the needs of each student All stretches and poses can be done while seated in a chair. Works the joints and muscles to increase strength & flexibility, allowing for quiet reflection, proper breathing and body alignment. Fee is payable to: Pat Develeskis. Non-slip shoes or slippers and loose comfortable clothing are recommended. Space limited.

Aerobics for the chronologically enriched (ACE) combines many aerobic elements, from traditional non-impact aerobics to the newest format, Zumba Gold set to motivating & exciting music. Uniquely suited to all fitness levels, Includes warm up, aerobic session, cool down & stretch.
3:30- 4:15 - Instructor Kim Krampitz - Room 1 - Ongoing.

TOPS (Take off Pounds Sensibly) A weekly group meeting offering support in weight management.
A membership fee will be charged.
