An ongoing Weekly Exercise event held in the Main Hall
on Tuesdays at 2:30 PM.
Strength Training Uses weights to improve balance, flexibility and conditioning. Participants should purchase two (2 or 3 lb) hand weights. Space is limited.

** All fitness class participants will need an annual physician's permission slip that must be brought to the first class. You may pick up a slip in our office or have your doctor's signature on their letterhead stating that you may take the class.
